Customer support
Routavio is a search and comparison site. You book and pay at the provider, not with us.
How it works
- Booking and payment happen at the provider: the airline, the train or bus company, or the site you are sent to.
- Routavio does not sell tickets, does not take payments and does not issue refunds.
- If something goes wrong (price difference, cancellation or refund, delay, baggage), write to us. We show you how to approach the provider and, if needed, correspond with the provider ourselves.
About prices
The price shown in a live search is the price the provider gave at that moment; the check time is written next to it. If it comes out different at payment, write to us and we will pass it on to the provider together.
